New here? There are lots of short tips in posts, but I've spent the day writing a guide for beginners that has all the basics - so you'll know what to do, and how to do it. It's a quick read, and will save you some time as well as a few headaches. Enjoy!

@stellaaa I'm also trying to find a knitting community. Artisan.chat has very many non-knitters. I've never been on Twitter and thought to give Mastodon a try, but haven't yet found a good home.
